The comfort double room was air conditioned and new-fashioned in GOOD condition, so that guests had essentials. The location of the hotel was picturesque, on outskirts of town.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a serene forested area, right beside a small lake. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a balcony or a good terrasse to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met during your stay. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a wide variety of options including hot and cold cuts, eggs, and flaky croissants.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

Good location for our onward trip to North Italy

I did not appreciate having no reception staff at the hotel. On arrival we had to collect keys etc from sister hotel across the drive. Also as my husband has mobility problems the steps leading to the entrance proved a problem. The rooms are very modern and the blue or red lighting poor is not good for reading at night.

It's a convenient stopover when travelling from Italy to the uk. This was our second stay and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel is the fact that they accept our dog at no extra charge and we are able to take him into the restaurant and bar!

My daughter's room wasn't as clean as ours and the decor looked a bit tired.

The parking facilities were great, as we had a rental car. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary baguette for our departure.
